Returns & Refunds: Contact OHT to receive a return authorization number prior to returning item.  Returns are only authorized if contacted within 48 hours of receipt of item and only if agreed upon by OHT.  Shipping charges are not refunded and return shipping charges must be paid for by consumer.  Product must be returned in the same condition as it was when it was shipped out of our shop and in the same packaging it arrived in.  If items are returned damaged or in any other way different than the way it was when shipped refunds will be given at the discretion of the seller.  ​​

Returns & Refunds on special orders or personalized items: Returns and/or refunds are not given on any special orders or any personalized items.  Please be sure when placing your order with any personalization, that you check for accuracy, including any spelling, prior to submitting your order.  If there has been any error made by OHT that does not coincide with the submitted order, OHT will take responsibility for the error and either a return or refund will be at the sole discretion of OHT.
